Floor Plans + Rates
Chateau on the Ridge is pleased to offer both one and two bedroom floor plans. You’re certain to find a distinctive plan that fits your lifestyle. Discover roomy master suites, large living rooms with courtyard views, kitchens, walk-in closets and many more options that will truly say welcome home. Below, you can find samples from our collection of 13 different floor plans. Pricing starts at $3,150/month. Room rates include meals for residents, snacks, transportation (scheduled in Paragould), utilities, cable, laundry service, housekeeping once a week as well as daily activities. If the resident needs additional personal care services or has cognizance or behavior issues, this will be determined by the administrator. No personal care service is included in the basic room rate.
In assisted living, residents have as much independence as they want with the peace of mind from knowing that care and support services are available if needed. Chateau on the Ridge is designed to provide residents with assistance during daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication assistance and more.
